Spring Break in St Louis and Kansas City
We took a trip to visit our old stomping grounds of St Louis and Kansas City. A chance to show the kids those cities, and spend some much overdue time with Kavitha and see her new house.

We visited the city museum, took a drive down memory lane, and enjoyed the views from forest park
On Sunday, we had late afternoon reservations to go to the top of the Arch. We spent some time exploring the nicely expanded museum under the Arch and took in the views from the top of the Arch, before driving to KC.
We spent 3 days in KC, spending relaxed days with Kavith and taking easy day trips to all the KC higlights - The WW1 memorial, Union station, Nelson Atkins museum, Loose park, and the Arabia Steamboat museum. We also got a chance to go down memory lane by visiting the now abandoned Cerner headquaters campus, as well as the apartment that we used to live in 20 years ago. We wrapped up our trip with a lovely dinner at the famous Lidia's Italian restaurant, to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary!
