Exploring London

The Standard #1 tour of london involves …

1. Taking the tube to Westminster
2. Seeing Big Ben
3. Getting crepes from the vendor on the Westminster bridge
4. Walking over the Westminster bridge, to the london eye to enjoy a ride on the eye.
5. Enjoying a nice lunch at Wagamama in Southbank
6. Taking the ferry down the Thames to Black friars
7. Taking a stroll down to Tower Bridge
8. Touring tower bridge, and enjoying the glass catwalks
9. Taking the tube back home.

We did that :)

Tejas was super disappointed that Big Ben was under construction, and we were not able to get a good look at it. Big Ben had been something that he was looking forward to seeing in person on his visit.

Aarav was super disappointed that the crepe vendor was closed and that we were unable to get crepes to eat.

Since we had been on the eye during our last visit, we opted to avoid the long lines and did not go on it again.

We did enjoy Wagamamas, and decided to enjoy the carousel instead

We waited a Looong while at this spot, to see if Tower Bridge would raise up. But nice pictures in exchange, even if we never did get to see the bridge go up. A bus or a car ended up breaking down on the bridge preventing it from going up on schedule.
