Miraya Is Two

Miraya turned 2 this week! How much she has grown!

Purni, Aarav, Tejas and I, joined my parents in visiting Archana’s house in Foster city. We decided to make it a social-distancing-party, and spent the time in the nice outdoor space behind their house. The kids and Miraya enjoyed roaming the area, with Miraya zooming around on her bicycle, and Tejas and Aarav being kind older brother, and helping or accompanying her.

Archana baked 2 (maybe 3?) cakes for the event. All vegan! The cakes were delicious. To-Go food from Eats-meets-West was also enjoyed!

Miraya continued to impress us with her communication and vocabulary. “Sha-pa-sha” was our favorite (invented word for combination socks and pants :D).

It was so satisfying to meet people in person after 2 months of Shelter in place. Here’s hoping for more interactions and occasions to celebrate!
